Instruction of Aggregate
Aggregate is granular loose material as skeleton or filling effect in concrete and construction. Aggregate manufactured can be divided into coarse aggregate (lager than 5mm) and fine aggregate (about 0.16-5mm). Coarse aggregates including pebbles, gravel and waste residue etc.; fine aggregates including the fine sand, fly ash, etc., they are differently applied in industry construction case.
In traditional aggregate production line, its mainly process equipment contains primary crushing plant (Jaw crusher usually used), secondary crusher (Impact crusher, Cone crusher usually and small jaw crusher sometimes), shaping process machine (Vertical shaft impact crusher) and other auxiliary equipments (such as Hopper, Vibrating feeder, Vibrating screen, Belt conveyor and Sand washing machine etc.)
Aggregate process adapts limestone and granite, basalt, cobble, metallurgy material slag and so on, those manufactured aggregate has a widely using area, they can be applied for water and electricity, building material, highway, subway, urban construction and many other industrial application.
According to the different technical requirements of aggregate production process, various types of equipment combination meet the customer's different process requirements.
Aggregate production process flow
Completed aggregate processing flow as follow: mined raw ore materials sent to Jaw crusher by Vibratory feeder for primary crushing; through this procedure, crushed materials turn into secondary crushing with Impact crusher or Cone crusher transporting by Belt conveyor, those crushed materials are divided into two parts: one is returning to secondary crusher to re-crushing, the other satisfactory size sent to Vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping processing and discharging materials should be cleared dust by Sand washing machine. Lastly, the finished materials meet specifications are end aggregates products.
General, different types of stone process obey this flow for aggregate manufactured, but processing equipments should be combined with different according the materials types and capacity etc.
